Terms and Conditions
We accept most credit and debit cards via our secure server.
1.1. All items are subject to availability.
1.2. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
2.1. Although we endeavour to ensure that all pricing information on the Website is accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error we will, at our discretion, either: contact you and ask you whether you wish to cancel your order or continue with the order at the correct price; or notify you that we have cancelled your order. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
2.2. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.
2.3. We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications of goods on the Website at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we have taken payment for your order.
3.1. Although we endeavour to ensure that all product descriptions on the website are accurate, occasionally an error may occur and goods may have the wrong description. If this occurs and you have purchased the item, you will be entitled to a full refund, including the cost of posting the products back to us. Conditions Apply. 4.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict rights granted to you by law in respect of goods supplied.
4.2. We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.
4.3. We will not be liable to any person for damage or loss arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.
4.4. Without prejudice to your statutory rights the information contained in this site is provided without warranty and in particular we do not represent or warrant that the information is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free.
4.5. We will not be responsible for claims relating to the availability of our range, our ecommerce engine, our website, place of purchase or the success or level of sales resulting from these.
5.1. You are entitled to cancel your contract if you wish providing you act within 14 working days of receipt of the goods.

6.1. Items returned under our 14 day guarantee
6.1.1. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, just send it back to us in an unused, saleable condition with the original packaging and we’ll refund.
6.1.2. If you return the whole order within 14 days we will refund you the full invoice amount.
6.1.3. If you do not return the whole order, only the cost of the items being returned will be refunded. Postage costs will not be refunded.
6.1.4. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the items to us. If the item is being returned because of an error on our part, or the item is damaged or defective, we will refund the return postage costs.
6.2. Items returned to us after fail delivery attempt
6.2.1. If your order is returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt by the Royal Mail or Courier Company, you will be responsible for paying for your order to be redelivered. If you do not want to pay for your order to be redelivered, we will refund your order minus the original postage costs.
6.3. Exchanging non faulty items
6.3.1. If you are unhappy with any items and would like to exchange them for something else, return them to us and we will issue you with a refund (see our 14 day guarantee). As we do not keep your payment information you will need to create a new order with the items you want and pay as normal. You will be responsible for paying the delivery costs of exchanged items.
6.4. Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
6.4.1. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or the item is damaged or defective, we will refund the return postage costs. Please use standard 2nd class post with proof of posting for items under 1kg in weight, and standard parcel delivery for items over 1kg. If you return the items any other way, you will be liable to pay any extra postage costs incurred.
6.4.2. We will only refund the return postage costs of faulty items. If you are returning non faulty items you will be responsible for paying the cost to return these.
Non Receipt Of Items
7.1. Please check the estimated delivery time and then add three days in case of delays in transit. Once this delivery time has passed you should contact your local Royal Mail depot giving your house number and postcode as cards are not always left. After you have followed these steps and the Royal Mail have confirmed they do not have your order, you must contact us within 30 days in writing stating order number and date of order.
7.2. We reserve the right to send out replacement orders 10 days after you have received your 'Order Dispatched' email. This is to allow the Royal Mail time to investigate your missing order.
7.3. Replacements and refunds will not be given if you have given us the wrong postal address to send your order to.
8.1. We reserve the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.
